Getting Started
Do I need a consultation before I can start a protocol?+
Yes. Every Inner Peptides protocol begins with a licensed practitioner who reviews your health history and goals before confirming any peptide, dose, or timeline. We don't sell a generic starting point off the page.
How do I know which peptides are right for me?+
That's what the consultation is for. Rather than guess from a category page, you'll go through your hormonal and metabolic picture with a practitioner who matches you to the compounds relevant to your specific situation.
I'm new to peptide therapy. Where should I start?+
Start with a consultation, not a product. Our featured products page highlights a few of the more commonly discussed compounds, but the right starting point is individual — that's the whole premise of the brand.
Understanding the Products
What do the mg figures on each product mean?+
They are the vial content — the amount of lyophilized peptide inside the vial — not a dose. A 10 mg vial does not mean a 10 mg dose. Several compounds are offered in more than one vial size, and which one is appropriate for you is part of the conversation with your practitioner.
Why do some products say the research is preclinical?+
Because for some compounds, that's what the research actually shows. Where a peptide has been studied mainly in laboratory and animal models rather than in controlled human trials, we say so on its page. We'd rather be accurate than flattering.
What does it mean that the vials are lyophilized?+
Lyophilized means freeze-dried — the peptide ships as a stable powder and is brought into solution before use. Our How It Works page covers the reconstitution vocabulary so the conversation with your practitioner starts on familiar ground.
Safety & Quality
Are Inner Peptides products tested?+
Every formula is independently, third-party tested before it ships. See our Quality & Testing page for more on how that process works and how to request a Certificate of Analysis.
Is this information medical advice?+
No. Everything on this site is informational. It isn't a substitute for individualized medical guidance, and no protocol should begin without review from a licensed practitioner familiar with your health history.
Why don't you publish dosing anywhere on the site?+
Because a dose that's right for one person can be wrong for another, and publishing one generically invites people to skip the step that actually matters. Every product page lists its vial presentation and then hands the dosing conversation to your practitioner.
Orders & Support
Does this site handle orders or payment?+
Not directly — this site is informational. Ordering and fulfillment are coordinated through your practitioner as part of your protocol, not through a shopping cart on this site.
How do I reach the team with a question that isn't covered here?+
Head to the Contact page to book time or send a message directly — a real person will follow up.
